Most of the stars come from the ambiance. Its a really beautiful location. The food is just ok, typical bar food just kicked up a notch. But my go to here is for sure steak night! Every Thurs. I live for the Ribeye. It's always juicy and well-seasoned. The owner is really sweet as well.

Fun local spot!! Next to a marina and a brand new Hyatt hotel, this is a waterfront dive bar / bar and grill with a good beach vibe and fun local crowd. Sure, it's next to the ship channel and Baytown is known for chemical plants and refineries, but you'd never know it while you were holed up in this place and having a good time. Seriously, you'd never know you were in Baytown. (And I grew up visiting family in Baytown all the time.) Sunday night special was coconut shrimp, and it was my favorite meal during the hotel stay next door. Some of the best coconut shrimp I've ever had, honestly. Monday night we split a pizza, after seeing an adjacent table order one and it looked great. And it was indeed pretty solid. Tuesday night I tried the blackened Mahi Mahi, and Tuesday was where it was spottier. We were at the hotel next door for an internal symposium conference thing, hence the repeated visits. Tuesday night was a pre-organized outing, and while the restaurant knew we'd have a party of 50 coming, they weren't quite prepared. They needed more staff, and some of our group waited FOREVER for their food. Our table was lucky, but as were were finishing up, another large table just got their appetizers. Ouch. And my Mahi Mahi was not blackened (it was just grilled and it was decent), and it ranked 3rd of my 3 visits that week. Someone next to me kept saying how good her burger was, and she cut it into fouths, didn't eat half, and gave a couple of us a fourth. Yep, should have ordered a burger. It was very good. Our waitress was good, to be clear - she just needed more help. And maybe the kitchen did, too. Bar had surprisingly good selection for a place like this - great bar. I'd come back for sure, but I doubt our company would go for a big group outing here again, unfortunately.

Stopped here for a late night dinner with family. O'Neals is tucked away, if we weren't looking for it we wouldn't have known it was there! The exterior of the restaurant definitely puts you in a boating mood, it is located on a dock and you walk by tons of sailboats on the way into the restaurant. There was live music playing that really set the tone for the experience they wanted you to have, even though it was a slow Sunday night. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp, both had enough flavor that I didn't need hot sauce, but they had some Louisiana ready for us on the table anyways. My favorite item on the plate was the tater tots, the crisp level was just right. Our server was nice and did a good job helping us navigate the expansive menu. It was cold and rainy that day so I didn't get the full experience, but I would like to visit again on a nice weather day so I can sit outside and watch the boats pass by while listening to some yacht rock.

I've never heard of this restaurant. I planned to meet with a new person who sells tea, and this is the place she scheduled for us to meet. Upon walking in and being greeted by staff was a big plus for me. Our waiter came over immediately and asked if we wanted a cocktail drink. At first, I said no, then he told us about a cucumber drink, and I changed my no to a yes..lol. That drink was really good. I had the shrimp and grits, and it was perfect. I like a certain texture of grits, and it was just right. The shrimps were well seasoned and tasted so good. I also got hush puppies. When they first came, I was leary because they looked overcooked. My sister tried it first and said it was good, so I tried it and let me tell they were delicious. I certainly plan to go there again.

Loved, loved, our Saturday dinner. Food was really good and was reasonably priced. Our service was especially good. I enjoyed the patio surprisingly on a hot afternoon. The breeze and fans made it tolerable. A nice change from the Kemah area with much better prices.

My family and I came here by boat which I don't recommend at all. They don't have many cleats to choose from on the dock so it was difficult for us to find a spot. Food: 4/5 For starters, we ordered the mozzarella sticks and Garlic Parmesan Oysters. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and had the best cheese pull. The oysters were a little to fishy for me and I kept on getting shells in my mouth. For my entre, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I loved it! The chicken was nice and crisp and the toppings paired well with the sandwich. Got mine with fries and the fries were not good at all. Full of grease and did not seem fully cooked. Service: 5/5 Our waitress was great and always checked in on how we were doing. Ambiance: 3/5 Nothing special. Definitely a place to go hangout on the weekends and watch sporting events. Cleanliness: 3/5 The chairs were sticky and bathroom wasn't very clean.
